Watch President Obama’s Commencement Address at Lake Area Tech in Watertown

President Obama delivered the commencement address to the 2015 graduating class of Lake Area Technical Institute Friday afternoon.

After starting the day with a speech in Portland Oregon, President Obama flew to Watertown, South Dakota landing at the Watertown Regional Airport.
