Good weather is leading to a few more street-related construction projects in Sioux Falls.  This one is not necessarily to fix a street, but a portion of a thoroughfare is closed to accommodate the project.

Monday morning, both southbound lanes on Solberg Avenue were closed at 58th Street.  Southbound traffic has shifted to the inside northbound lane.  Get a look at how the project works with the drive-through video above.

The reason for the move is so Metro Construction can install utilities. The work is anticipated to be finished, weather permitting, by the evening of Friday December 12.  Fortunately the forecast calls for above normal temperatures all week long.
