Over 100 people turned out to applaud South Dakota State Trooper Andrew Steen today as he was released from Sanford Hospital in Sioux Falls and allowed to go home!

The 34-year old Trooper has been through numerous surgeries, including brain surgery, in connection with what started as a routine traffic stop in the early morning hours of October 17th in western Sioux Falls and ended with Steen run over by a drunk driver.
