Anchor Bay Entertainment has released a new trailer for Nothing Left To Fear, the first film project from Slash's production company Slasher Films. The legendary guitarist is a devout fan of horror films and told us a while back that he thinks the genre needs to shake things up: "It's just like anything else. You go through these periods where the money issue becomes 'Okay, we can just keep making franchises because it's a guaranteed sell.' But there's still movies in the background that are still really good, they're just fewer and farther between during this whole period. So it takes something to sort of give it a kickstart and change the genre a little bit, if only for a minute."

Nothing Left To Fear will open in limited theatrical release on October 4th before debuting on Blu-ray, DVD and VOD on Tuesday, October 8th.

Slash and singer Myles Kennedy have written a new song for the film, with Slash also composing its score. A soundtrack album will arrive on October 4th.

The film is directed by Anthony Leonardi III, a creature and storyboard artist who also directed the video for Slash's single "You're A Lie." The cast includes Anne Heche, James Tupper and Clancy Brown.
