Summer is a busy time in Sioux Falls. Along with just enjoying the fact that nothing's frozen, there's a lot going on. Here are three June festivals in Sioux Falls to put in your phone, or mark on your calendar with a pen if you prefer the ancient ways.

June 13 is going to be a busy Saturday. There are two event you won't want to miss.

The 19th Annual Festival of Cultures

The Festival of Cultures, put on by the Sioux Falls Multicultural Center, is Saturday June 13 at Falls Park. The event runs from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The Festival is a celebration of the sights, sounds, and tastes from around the world and from Sioux Falls. There will be food, informational booths, live music, Kids World and more. The event is free.

The 4th Annual It's All About Science Festival

The other festival on June 13 is The It's All About Science Festival at the Sanford Research Center, 2301 E. 60th Street N., Sioux Falls, SD. The festival runs from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The goal is to celebrate and explore science, technology, engineering and mathematics with people of all ages.

After a busy Saturday on the 13th, there's more fun on June 20.

2015 Sioux Falls Pride Festival

This is the seventh year for the Pride Festival in Sioux Falls, the festival is Saturday, June 20 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The Center for Equality in Sioux Falls saw a significant rise in attendance at last year's event, so this year they moved it to Terrace Park in Sioux Falls. The Pride Festival's mission is "...promoting a vibrant positive interaction within the community through advocacy, education, visibility and participation of LGBT and Allied members." Admission is free. Look for food trucks, informational booths, live music, local businesses and artists and more.
