Our News Gathering Partner KDLT reports an air craft went down in a field south of Holland, Minnesota Monday night at about 8:15 PM. The Pipestone County Sheriff's Office, Holland Fire Department and Pipestone County Emergency Management responded to the scene.

A small fixed wing air plane was located by responders in a corn field on a waterway in Grange County Township 13 in Pipestone County.

The only occupants, the pilot and two passengers, were pronounced dead at the scene.

The Pipestone County Sheriff's Office and Federal Aviation Administration are investigating the incident.

It is currently an ongoing investigation and more information will be released as the investigation moves forward.
