The Oakland Raiders aren't going anywhere, at least for now.

The organization announced on Thursday that they were able to come to terms on an agreement with the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum Joint Powers Authority.
The lease however only keeps the Raiders in Oakland through this upcoming season.

The lease will keep the Raiders in Oakland through the end of the 2016 season.

Since 2012, the Raiders have always operated on a one year lease with the O.com Stadium but now they will have two one year options, which could potentially keep them there until 2018.

I've said all along that the Raiders need to get out of Oakland.  The place that they just signed on to stay in is a complete dump.

San Antonio, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and even St. Louis would all be better homes for the Raiders.

Hopefully this is just a one year deal and the Raiders seriously get out of the bay area and into a new home that has all the bells and whistles that other NFL organizations are accustomed to.
