Texting Man Hits Manure Truck
Texting while driving, as we are aware, is dangerous. In most locations it’s against the law.
In a scene right out of ‘Back to the Future,’ authorities in Wisconsin said a man driving a rented convertible was text messaging on his phone when he crashed into a manure truck.
The Grant County Sheriff’s Department said Matthew Bruhn, 37, was text messaging and talking on his phone at 11:34 a.m. Monday when he crashed his rented Ford Mustang convertible into a truck pulling a trailer filled with liquid manure,
Bruhn was treated for a broken finger (his texting finger). The driver of the truck was not injured.
The condition of the vehicles involved and the contents was not released.
