The Rolling Stones took the stage at Britain's Glastonbury Festival on Saturday (June 29th) for the first time in their long career. The group opened their performance with "Jumpin' Jack Flash" to the delight of the 135,000 festival-goers.
Red Hot Chili Peppers singer Anthony Kiedis got into a fight today (June 21) with security agents apparently attempting to protect the Rolling Stones at the Four Seasons in Philadelphia -- although both the hotel and the band say it wasn't anybody who works directly for them.
While they may not be celebrating their 50th anniversary quite as enthusiastically as some fans might have wanted, the Rolling Stones appear to have gotten back into gear with their latest tour -- and guitarist Ron Wood thinks these dates will serve as a springboard into more new music from the group.
