As if the monster ratings, critical buzz and recent Golden Globe wins weren't enough of a guarantee already, HBO's Lena Dunham-fronted, Judd Apatow-produced 'Girls' is inches from being officially approved for season 3. The possibility of a third season was floated around months ago when Apatow revealed that Dunham had already begun writing scripts, and while HBO remains mum about a confirmation, Dunham herself has confirmed a March production date for 'Girls' season 3. We're looking forward to Judd Apatow's 'This is 40' for a number of reasons, and one is Jason Segel. In the film he plays Jason, a personal trainer that Leslie Mann's character Debbie is going to partly for the exercise and partly because he constantly hits on her. In this new featurette, we see more of Segel's time in the film.

Exactly 22 years ago, director Judd Apatow ('This is 40,' 'Knocked Up') wrote a script for 'The Simpsons' that was never used (which is not surprising since, at the time, Apatow had no credits and was still a struggling comedian). But now that Judd Apatow is Judd Apatow, 'The Simpsons' are producing the long lost script, which will air next year.
