The "Big Apple" stand closes out the group's 2012 tour dates, which were quickly booked after Neil Young backed out of the Buffalo Springfield reunion tour, freeing up Stephen Stills to team-up again with Graham Nash and David Crosby.
The headline "Crosby, Stills + Nash Perform Benefit Concert" is hardly newsworthy. Throughout their legendary career they've devoted countless hours to playing on behalf of causes that are important to them. Wednesday night (Oct. 3), they performed to raise funds and awareness in the hopes of defeating an initiative on the California ballot this year.

Martell Foundation for Leukemia, Cancer and AIDS Research's 37th annual Honors Gala at Cipriani. The show comes directly after Crosby, Stills & Nash's closing night of their five-night run at New York City's Beacon Theatre. Other performers and presenters set to appear at the Charity gala are country stars Little Big Town, Regis Philbin, Susan Lucci, Ronnie James Dio's widow Wendy Dio, Motown's Berry Gordy, Tony Martell, and honorees Russell Simmons and Randy Jackson, among others.
