Styx, REO Speedwagon Coming to Brookings and You Can Be There

Midwest rock heroes Styx and REO Speedwagon, with special guest Don Felder - formerly of the Eagles - will be back on tour in 2018 are coming to the Swiftel Center in Brookings on Friday, March 16.

They have a rich history of successful touring together. In 2009 REO Speedwagon and Styx joined forces for the 'Cant Stop Rockin' tour, and in 2012 and 2013, they hit the road together for the 'Midwest Rock n' Roll Express' tour. The 'United We Rock' tour in 2017 also featured Don Felder, formerly of the Eagles.

The live shows will be in support of Styx's 16th and most recent studio album, The Mission -- which reached number-six recently on Billboard's Top Rock Album chart.
