Strippers Stripped of Cash

The Nebraska PD has to return $1 million to an exotic dancer after confiscating the cash at a traffic stop.

Tara Mishra has been stripping for 15 years – enough time to squirrel away all the money she needed to open a nightclub with her friends.

But when she and her friends got pulled over for speeding, the money – which was wrapped in plastic baggies – was assumed to be drug money, and was taken away.

But when "the government failed to show a substantial connection between drugs and the money," the cool “mill” was promptly returned to Mishra.

Transporting the money for a business transaction in baggies? There must have been a LOT of baggies for all those crumpled up $1 bills!
