The Rolling Stones gave director Brett Morgen unparalleled access to their vaults to compile the recent documentary, Crossfire Hurricane. The film, which is being released on DVD and Blu-ray on May 21st, commemorates the band's 50th anniversary features new audio interviews with Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts, Bill Wyman, Mick Taylor, and Ron Wood, interspersed with a dazzling display of rare and never-before seen Stones footage.

Morgen shed some light on the legendary Stones archives: "In a nondescript neighborhood in East London, the Rolling Stones have their archives and it's basically three buildings and each one's the size of a football field. And there they house, pretty much everything Stones-related, from all of their cars going back to the mid-'60s to every recording that the Stones have ever done. So, this is where you'll find the original quarter-inch reel-to-reel tapes for their sessions going back to the '60s, as well as all their wardrobe, and all their instruments. It's a dream come true for Stones fanatics."
