Wow! Daylight Savings time starts this Sunday already. My how time flies when you've been shivering your butt off for the past 4 months!

Is it just me, or does it seem like Daylight Savings starts earlier and earlier every year?

Remember to set your clock ahead one hour before you go to bed on Saturday night. It's time to spring ahead as we officially return to Daylight Savings Time on Sunday, March 9th at 2:00 A.M.

Now you know what that means don't ya? Next Monday morning will be one of the worst mornings of the year. Yep, when your alarm clock goes off at 6:30 A.M, your brain will be telling you, "whoa, hold the phone, it's only 5:30 in the morning, I'm not ready to get up yet!"

But it's not just Monday you have to worry about. You're more than likely going to experience that same feeling on Tuesday, Wednesday and possibly even Thursday morning.

According to a new study, it will take the average person three-and-a-half days just to adjust to Daylight Savings Time. That means there's a very good chance you'll be wandering around like a "walker" from "The Walking Dead" until next Thursday.

I had to laugh when I read that 18% of people claim the time change doesn't really seem to affect them that much. Yeah, right! They'll have bags under their eyes, just like the rest of us. Trust me.
