SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - South Dakota U.S. Attorney Brendan Johnson says he is using Election Day as a teaching tool for his two young sons.

Johnson cast his vote early Tuesday at O'Gorman High School in Sioux Falls with his two sons, 6-year-old Cooper and 9-year-old Sutton, before dropping them off at school. .

The two young boys will be heading to the polls twice today. Johnson says his wife will take them to watch her vote when they finish with school Tuesday afternoon.

He says, "It's good to get them in the habit of voting."

Johnson says he has been talking about voting and the election for the past month with the boys.
