Sioux Falls Prostitution Arrest

Sioux Falls Police Information Officer Sam Clemens says several officers saw an ad on an internet site advertising prostitution.

They made contact with the woman on Monday.  She basically gave them the price and negotiated the terms.  Later on, they met her at a local hotel.  Once again, they talked about the price.  She was then arrested for prostitution.

The woman is identified as Ivory Skarkes from Houston, Texas.
