At Monday's Police Briefing, Sioux Falls Police Officer Sam Clemens says  an arrest has been made in connection with a car crash on May 12, 2015.

"We figured out what really led up to the accident---apparently developed in some sort of road rage incident and ended with the Honda being chased around town by a Dodge Stratus. There was a passenger in the Dodge throwing items out of the car as they were driving. As the reconstruction has been completed, we were able to figure out speeds were over a 100 miles an hour."

Clemens says 18-year-old Baily Moulton of Sioux Falls has been arrested on two counts of aggravated assault. The driver was a 16-year-old girl who has not been charged at this time.

The people being chased crashed into a light pole. They are being treated at a Minneapolis burns center.

Clemens offers this advice if someone is involved in a road rage incident.

"If they're being chased by somebody. They don't know who it is or think they may be in danger---call police. We can figure out where they're at. We know where the officers are and figure out a place where they can go to be safe."
