Sioux Falls Police say three moms face child endangerment charges following an incident at Terrace Park.

"Somebody had seen what she thought was an intoxicated woman that was yelling at some kids. The officers were able to find the car," says Sioux Falls Police Information Officer Sam Clemens.

"They learned there were three women, all of them were intoxicated. They were caring for their combined six children. The oldest child was eight years old and the youngest was six weeks old. The women were all arrested for felony child abuse and the driver was arrested for DWI."

And that's not all!

"When the officer was checking the diaper bag to make sure everything was in there for the infant. He smelled some marijuana and then came across some pot pipes along with paraphernalia. The driver was then charged with the marijuana possession."

The three women are identified as 21-year-old Kimberly Dawn White Face, 25-year-old Deidre Fawn Dreaming Bear and 18-year-old Shaina Dreaming Bear.

The children are in protective custody.
