PiYo is a cardio exercise format that challenges your strength and stamina with a foundation in Yoga and Pilates.

Throw out any ideas you have of traditional Yoga, because you will sweat in this class. Combine the benefits of exercise with the fresh air of the outdoors and you have a winning combination.

Modifications are available for most fitness levels. Bring water, a yoga mat, and a towel.

PiYo in the Park will be held on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays from July 9 through August 1, 2013, from 6:00 to 7:00 a.m. at Laurel Oak Park.

The class is for ages 14 and up, including adults and costs $40 for both days, Tuesdays for $20 and Thursdays for $20. Please register by July 3.
