A traffic accident in Sioux Falls led police to a mobile meth lab.

On Saturday, police responded to a report of a hit and run accident on 18th St. and Bahnson Ave. According to reports s Nissan Altima struck a traffic pole and the driver fled on foot.

When officers arrived they found two people who were passengers in the car during the accident. During a search of the vehicle, officers found meth in the car, including components to manufacture meth in the trunk of the car.

The occupants were arrested and the vehicle was seized by the Sioux Falls Area Drug Task Force processed the vehicle.

The occupants of the vehicle were taken to the Minnehaha County Jail for possession of controlled substance and possession with intent to distribute/manufacturing controlled substance.

The driver that fled is believed to be Jason Craig Oldehoff.  Anyone with information about Oldehoff's whereabouts is asked to contact police.
