Kevin Williams is talking with the Minnesota Vikings again. Williams was recently on Sirius XM NFL Radio, and discussed a recent visit with the New England Patriots and conversations that he and his agent Tom Condon have had with Minnesota.

Williams is 33 years old, and has played for the Vikings from 2003 to 2013. Last year, he played in 15 games recording 29 combined tackles, 3.5 sacks, an interception, and a fumble recovery.

Aside from Williams,. Minnesota added some depth by signing Linval Joseph in the offseason. Joseph gives the Vikings some youth, along with Brian Robison, Everson Griffen, Shariff Floyd, and Corey Wootton on the defensive line.

At the same time, Williams would give the Vikings defense some experience, but with a new head coach (Mike Zimmer), Minnesota may want to move on.

Williams could go to a new team with a better shot at a title. The former Vikings defensive tackle mentioned on Sirius XM NFL Radio one of the criteria he is looking for in a team is an opportunity to play on a contender.

"My main criteria has really been having a chance to win and playing with a proven quarterback..."

What do you think? Should Minnesota re-sign Williams?
