A superstar sidles up to a sculpture and takes a picture. Sioux Falls gets high praise from Shania Twain in advance of her appearance.

As she continues her Rock This Country Tour across the U.S. and Canada, Shania Twain stopped for a photo along the SculptureWalk in downtown Sioux Falls. In a possible nod to her Canadian roots, she posed with the creation of Martha Pettigrew entitled Ralph Moose and posted the image on her Facebook and Twitter accounts.

It probably helped that she had a day between shows that a little leisure time was taken in Sioux Falls. Twain played in Fargo on Monday night before her PREMIER Center show on Wednesday.

The photo was most likely taken on Tuesday night with the sun setting in the western sky with 10th Street behind her and Ralph Moose situated near Phillips Avenue. The bus wheels will keep turning for the crossover star as Lincoln beckons for a Thursday night engagement followed by a trip to Target Center in Minneapolis on Saturday.
