The Scorpions are continuing to work on an album made up of leftover and unfinished songs from the mid '80s.

Singer Klaus Meine, who just turned 65, says, "We are in the studio right now, but it won't be long before we hit the road again. I'm looking forward to seeing all of you somewhere out there."

So that farewell tour is history, and Meine adds that they're also working on a documentary about the band's history.
