Perhaps a breakthrough in the battle against obesity.  Scientists are working on a new weight loss drug that they say is showing "great promise" in the lab.

Harvard researchers are working on a pill that could turn your body's bad white fat into good brown fat - with no exercise involved.

Scientists warn, however, the process is slow.  Just establishing proof of the concept has taken 10 years, and it could be several more years before they can figure out how to squeeze all that science into a tiny little pill.
