This just seems unbelievable insensitive to me. This school shooting video game is designed after a real high school, Port Moody Secondary School in Port Moody, Canada. I can understand why some misguided developer would try to make a quick buck by producing such a game. But I can't understand why anyone, whose cheese hasn't slipped off their cracker, would encourage this kind of violence by purchasing this first person shooter game. I also don't get why parents allow their children to buy violent games like Doom, Halo, Call of Duty, etc. Kids often have difficulty differentiating between reality and entertainment. Yet millions of these games are sold to the worlds youth. Does anyone else see this as a point of concern? As a society do we have the obligation to regulate the production of "Games" like this?
