Sammy Hagar Hitting The Road

Sammy Hagar & The Wabos are heading out on the road for a string of dates in support of Hagar's latest album, Sammy Hagar & Friends, which will be released on Tuesday (September 24th). Hagar will kick things off with four warm-up shows on October 7th, 9th, 11th, and 13th in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico at his Cabo Wabo Cantina, before hitting the road in the States on October 19th in Shawnee, Kansas at Grand Casino.

Hagar has long professed that his concerts are there for the sole purpose of entertaining his fans -- nothing more and nothing less: "We have a direction and a lifestyle and a way we want to live. It's, y'know, beach by day and dancing all night, basically, y'know. To me it's all about keeping my fans happy, giving them a little direction if I can find it for them and turning them on to anything I get turned onto, and that's it."
