The word out of Europe is that promoters are lining up to offer The Rolling Stones contracts to do more shows on their 50 & Counting tour. Right now the only European shows scheduled are the Glastonbury festival in the U.K. on Saturday followed by London's Hyde Park on July 6th and 13th. If the rumors are true, the additional dates will be in October and November in Europe. A spokeswoman for the Stones was unavailable for comment.

The Stones' appearance at Glastonbury Saturday night will be their first-ever performance at the legendary festival, and the only festival date on their 50 & Counting tour.

Earlier this week it was announced that the Stones have signed with BMG to handle their publishing from 1983's Undercover album through 2005's A Bigger Bang as well as any future recordings. It is the first time the Stones have appointed an outside publisher in 40 years. BMG will also administer Mick Jagger and Keith Richards' interests dating back to 1963.
