RibFest Camping Reservations Underway

The 17th annual RibFest, presented by Dollar Loan Center with proceeds going to the Boys & Girls Clubs and Brennan Rock & Roll Academy will be held May 29-June 1 at the W.H. Lyon Fairgrounds. And with the move, comes the ability to camp there so you don't have to drive home!

There are two ways to reserve your camping spot:

--By phone at 605-367-7178 and you can reserve your spot with a credit card.

--In person at the Fairgrounds office

The camping spots with water and electric hookups sold out right away this morning. You can get on a waiting list for a dry camping spot (no water or electric) or a tent camping spot. Jen from the Fairgrounds office told me it will likely be a couple of weeks until they get everything sorted out and know exactly how many spots they will have available and will begin working down the list, so if you're even thinking about camping at RibFest this summer, call them to get on the list! All camping spots are $25 per night.

Thursday May 29: Loverboy, April Wine, Honeymoon Suite, Helix. Tickets are $10 at the Arena box office or through ticketmaster. A limited number of 'Gold Circle' seats will be available which will include up front seating, parking and free drinks.

Friday May 30: Rick Springfield, Dee Snider of Twisted Sister, Tom Kiefer of Cinderella and Stephen Pearcy of Ratt. Tickets are $15 at the Arena box office or through ticketmaster. A limited number of 'Gold Circle' seats will be available which will include up front seating, parking and free drinks.

Saturday May 31: Lynyrd Skynyrd, Head East & Foghat. Tickets are $20 at the Arena box office or through ticketmaster. A limited number of 'Gold Circle' seats will be available which will include up front seating, parking and free drinks.

Sunday June 1 is KidzFest with free admission, lots of family activities and some of the bands of kids from the Brennan Rock & Roll Academy will perform.
