Reports out of the Twin Cities say the Minnesota Vikings have a new Quarterback on their roster, former Kansas City starter Matt Cassell.

NFL.com is citing a story from Fox Sports Insider and NFL Network contributor Jay Glazer that the Vikings have agreed to terms on a deal with Cassel., who, according to  NFL.com's Albert Bree, picked Minnesota over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The 30-year old Cassel, has a 29-33 career record as a starter with 82 touchdowns, 57 interceptions and a passer rating of 80.4.

He spent the last four seasons with the Chiefs, after backing up Tom Brady in New England.  Cassel was cut by Kansas City after they traded for former 49ers Quarterback Alex Smith.
