Sioux Falls Police say a medical crisis may have caused a crash Tuesday night in the 1300 block of North Dakota Avenue.

Officers were called to a report of an injury crash around 9pm, and when they arrived they began resuscitation efforts on the driver.

He was taken to a hospital, and police say he was in intensive care early Wednesday.

Investigators say they believe a medical crisis caused the man to strike two parked, unoccupied vehicles before coming to a stop.

The driver's name has not been released.
