In a recent survey by ebates holiday survey, 44% of all Americans plan to either wait in line for the "door-buster" sale or camp out to get the best deals in-store.

That's encouraging given the digital shopping boom. In all, 79% plan to do some sort of shopping on Black Friday.

At this point, the Sioux Falls 'What-am-I-doing-here-waiting-in-the-dark-for-the- doors-to-open-am-I-crazy-or-what" forecast is looking quite good. Early morning temps should be in the upper 30's with no precipitation. The rest of Friday should warm to near 54 degrees with mostly clear skies.

Of course, it's early - and things can chance quickly, especially weather in South Dakota.

So, here's to great weather, great local shopping, and a plate full of leftover turkey.
