A cameraman with New Zealand's TV3 caught the full force of Phil Rudd's rage when he asked the troubled AC/DC drummer about his most recent run in with authorities.

The incident, which is partially shown in the video above, happened outside of Rudd's beachfront home in Tauranga as he returned from court. Rudd has been charged with breaching the conditions of his home detention by possessing and consuming alcohol at this same residence, just 11 days after being sentenced to eight months of home detention in a case involving threats to kill an employee and possession of drugs. (An extended version of this clip can be found at the 3 News site.)

Much of what Rudd says throughout is inaudible, because it's been bleeped out to cover the profanity, but he seems to be winding up to swing a small bag at the cameraman – as he says "get out of my [bleep] way. Get out of my [bleep] way, you [bleep]." Rudd then turns to what appears to be a bodyguard and says, "Get him off my property. Remove him from my property." Before the other individual can step in, Rudd begins to threaten the cameraman again.

As the incident continues, Rudd – notably clad in a black AC/DC jacket – only becomes more enraged when he can't get his front gate open, ultimately kicking it. He turns once again to confront the cameraman, only to be held back by his companion. At that point, Rudd begins hurling epithets at his friend as well, telling him, "just [bleep] off." As he gets back in his car, Rudd addresses the cameraman again – "follow me," he says; "I [bleep] dare you, pal" – then speeds away.

Upon his return, the cameraman is still there, and the gate is still locked. Finally, Rudd gets it open, but then emerges on his balcony to address the media once again. This time, he threatens to call the police, adding a denigrating term for homosexuals.
