Official Contest Rules for KYBB – B102.7 – Sioux Falls

Are you a recent contest winner on B102.7? Great! We want to thank you for playing our contests. But we do have a few simple rules. You must be at least 18 years old, with a valid Social Security number to participate. You can only win, once every 30 Days unless otherwise specifically stated. All contests are open to the general public, except for employees of Results Radio/Townsquare Media, participating sponsors, and their immediate family members.

All entrants and winners agree that the station may broadcast or publish their name, city of residence, likeness, including their voice, recorded or live, for any reason the station deems necessary without compensation. All entrants further agree to hold the station blameless and without liability for such publication broadcast or use.

All prizes are as is. All state, local, federal or other taxes are at the responsibility of the winner. All those who win a prize valued $600 or more will be issued an IRS form 1099 to report their winnings. All prizes must be picked up within 30 days of winning.  After then the prize reverts back to Results Radio/Townsquare Media. B102.7 (KYBB) reserves the right to limit the number of times you may enter a contest or drawing.  We reserve the right to end a contest at anytime upon advanced notice to the public.

Townsquare Media reserves the right to change any promotions and or the promotional elements without notice. Odds of winning are based on the number entries received. Decisions and interpretations of these rules shall be final.
