Ode to Food and Drinks Opening in April
Out with the Wild Sage and in with the Ode to Food & Drinks! Good news for foodies all over Sioux Falls!
Although Wild Sage Grille will be missed by many, this new restaurant concept sounds delicious, literally! The new owners, one of whom has worked with Wolfgang Puck, describe their vision as a "culinary mash-up" of elements from the Midwest and California.
Using fresh, local, (when possible) ingredients and a mix of traditional and creative menu items, they'll be serving a full breakfast, lunch and dinner menu and promise a great happy hour too!
There will be daily and seasonal specials not to mention special food categories like Ode to Bacon and Ode to Grandma's Kitchen.
The vibe sounds like total fun and good food, so personally I can't wait for them to open.
It'll be a great addition to Downtown Sioux Falls and could turn into another thriving live music venue. Follow their progress and all the happenings on their Facebook page.
Ode is planning a job fair on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the restaurant in Cherapa Place, downtown.
