Nirvana: Director Says It’s Time For Kurt Doc

Brett Morgen, who directed the Rolling Stones documentary Crossfire Hurricane, says he's finally going to start his long-delayed Kurt Cobain project.

Morgen got permission and access to Cobain's archives from Courtney Love back in 2007, but other projects delayed him from working on the film. But now he says Teen Spirit is definitely going to come out in 2014. He says it will use a lot of stop-action animation Cobain made, and calls the film "a third party autobiography."
