Nicks Says Poverty Drove Her to Fleetwood Mac

Stevie Nicks says that it was her urging that led to her and Lindsey Buckingham to join Fleetwood Mac in late-1974. Nicks had been supporting the two, who were making plans for their followup album to 1973's Buckingham Nicks album, and were nearly destitute when Mick Fleetwood's offer to join the band came through.
