The IAAPA 2013 trade show was held last weekend, and a host of new arcade machines were announced for release in 2014. Let's take a look at some of the biggest reveals from this year's show.

The arcade machine fanatics over at Arcade Heroes put a nice recap together, including terrific shots of many of the new machines coming to arcades next year. All told, there will be more than two dozen new games hitting the U.S. in 2014, including some updates to existing favorites, and a bunch of entirely new machines.

Among the new titles coming is a refresh of Mario Kart GP dubbed Mario Kart GP DX. The same classic racing will be featured again, although this time the machines will be capable of going online for play. A new Batman racing game simply called Batman will also be coming next year. You'll get to pick from a number of Batmobiles in the vehicle's proud history in a Spy Hunter-esque car combat title. Aliens will also have another shooter on the market in Aliens Armageddon. There will be a fixed gun and a free-standing version available.

You can check out some images below, and get more details on the rest of the machines revealed over on Arcade Heroes.
