Minnesota Man Builds 12-Foot Ice Luge in Yard for His Kids

Growing up in the midwest, we all went sledding as kids (and even as adults!) Our parents always worried about us being safe and wanted us to stay in the yard when we were little kids.

A Crystal, Minnesota dad (a northern Twin Cities suburb) has decided to combine the best of all worlds by building a 12-foot ice luge in his yard, for which he's getting national attention, but in his house, he's definitely getting dad of the year!

Tim Smith has even lit it up and hung the Olympic symbol on it!

Who needs the Sochi Olympics? We can just go to Minnesota!
