Milwaukee Man Sentenced for Pimping Women in Sioux Falls

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — U.S. District Judge Karen Schreier sentenced a Milwaukee man to 10 months in prison after he admitted to pimping in Sioux Falls.

According to the Associated Press:

Duckworth was arrested at a hotel in Sioux Falls in June 2014. Federal authorities say Duckworth posted ads online and accepted phone calls to arrange meetings for commercial sexual activity.

Authorities say Duckworth later admitted that he traveled from Milwaukee to Sioux Falls with a woman to have her engage in prostitution.

Schreier also sentenced the 23-year-old Duckworth to two years of supervised release. Duckworth is currently in the custody of U.S. Marshals.
