Miley Cyrus is Maxim’s ‘Hottest’?

Miley Cyrus, the 20 year old former Disney starlet, who has recently decided to distance herself from her mouse-eared past with very revealing clothing choices, tweeted this weekend that she was thankful to her fans for voting her #1 on Maxim Magazine's Hot 100 women list.

The full list is expected to be released by Maxim this week. Last year, model/actress Bar Rafaeli topped Maxim's list.
