Microwaved PS4 Sells for Over $11,000 on eBay

People buy silly things on eBay. But this is so far beyond stupid it makes Kanye West look like an actual genius.

A man in California sold a Playstation 4 on eBay for $11,151. The price didn't climb 28,000% due to high demand for the recently released gaming system. It sold for that ridiculous price for one reason. It was "art."

The listing described it as:

"Microwaved Launch Day Edition Sony PS4", Original artwork, sign & dated by the Artist made by your professional microwave operator at dOvetastic Microwave Theater.
It's the world's only Microwaved PS4 you cannot live without.

I could encase one of my boys' dirty diapers in an acrylic case and call it art. Would it sell?
