Metallica frontman James Hetfield sat down for an interview with Australia's Channel V while stopping in Sydney late last month with the Soundwave Festival, and was asked what he thinks Metallica's fans will do when the band finally calls it quits. Hetfield replied, "There's no reason for us to stop, first of all. As far as artists and musicians, they don't retire. They might tour less. We're having a blast doing what we're doing. It's a beautiful cycle, because they think we inspire them, but they inspire us. It feeds itself."
