Metallica have teamed up with the Virginia Tech bookstore to produce an "Enter Sandman" shirt that honors a fan that disappeared after their show in Charlottesville, Virginia in 2009. The band's proceeds from the shirt will go to Morgan Dana Harrington Scholarship Fund.

The shirts went on sale in October and have generated $17,000 so far. They'll be available through the rest of the school year and may be produced again in 2013.

Harrington's remains were found in January 2010 at a farm in Albemarle County, Virginia. Police are still searching for Harrington's killer.
