John Mellencamp's oldest son, Hud, is still with the University of Duke football team despite the felony battery charges he's facing. Coach David Cutcliffe says he will continue to practice, and they'll "let the legal due process occur."

Hud and his 18-year old brother Speck are charged with punching and kicking a 19-year-old man last month in their hometown of Bloomington, Indiana. They are Mellencamp's sons from his third marriage to model Elaine Irwin.
