Going head-to-head with artists half their age and even younger, Paul McCartney, Elton John and Queen with Adam Lambert held their own -- or in some cases,  were the highlights of this weekend’s iHeart Music Festival at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

They each turned in 30-minute sets with Queen getting the most amount of songs in – nine, followed by McCartney with eight and Elton with five.

Other artists on the bill included Bruno Mars, Keith Urban, Justin Timberlake, Miley Cyrus, Maroon 5, Tim McGraw, Drake and many others. The show was broadcast on hundreds of stations and will turn up as a two-night special on CW television network beginning September 30th.
