For you sprint car racing fans, there is a big race Thursday night and Friday night at I-80 Speedway near Greenwood, Nebraska. It's right between Omaha and Lincoln.

It's a two night show called "The Road To Knoxville". The over $140,000 purse is the largest in Nebraska history.

It's the FVP National Sprint League joined by the Lucas Oil ASCS National Series for the first time in the two series history.

There will be many drivers doing double duty at this event because of both 410 and 360 sprints in competition. There will be main events in both classes both nights with a $20,000 bonus up for any driver to sweep all four features.

Tickets at the track the day of the race are $35 for adults (Reserved or General Admission), $10 for ages 6-12, and 5 and under are free. Hot laps start at 7:30 PM.
