Linkin Park Singer Now Fronting STP?

Back in February 2013, Stone Temple Pilots issued a press release saying that lead singer Scott Weiland had been fired from the band. No other information had come from the band since that day, though Weiland insisted for the past several months that no one can be fired from the band, yet he also took an entirely different group of musicians out on the road to perform Stone Temple Pilots records in their entirety.

Saturday (May 18) Stone Temple Pilots were playing a Los Angeles radio station festival when they debuted their new lead singer: Chester Bennington of Linkin Park!
