Led Zeppelin will be honored with a plaque on the site of their very first concert.

On September 7th, 1968, at a school in the Gladsaxe neighborhood of Copenhagen, Denmark, they played a show billed as The New Yardbirds. The gig fulfilled concert obligations Jimmy Page had as the only holdover from the now-defunct Yardbirds.

That first show was at the Teen Club - Box 45, which was inside the school. But they followed it up later that night with another show at the Brondby Pop Club in Copenhagen. A plaque will be unveiled at the school on September 7th -- the 45th anniversary of the concert.
