Ray Davies has turned The Kinks' Konk Studio in London into an art gallery.

In 2010, Davies put Konk Studio in North London up for sale, then took it off the market in 2011. And though it is still a recording studio, Davies has also seen one of his dreams for the space become a reality -- it's being used to display the art of Ian Emes.

Davies attended the opening the other night, saying, "I always wanted to use this space for people who wanted to be creative. You know, music's more than just about music."
